At the Human Rights and Crime Protection Association (HRCPA), our mission is to uphold the fundamental rights and freedoms of every individual by combating injustice, addressing criminal offenses, and ensuring equitable access to legal and social support systems. We are committed to creating a just and inclusive society where dignity, safety, and human values are preserved and protected. Through strategic interventions, advocacy, legal assistance, and community outreach, we strive to be a trusted pillar of support for those facing hardship, while working towards systemic change on a national scale.

About Us
The Human Rights and Crime Protection Association (HRCPA) is a nationally recognized organisation committed to safeguarding human rights and providing legal support to those in need. Established 25 years ago, HRCPA has been a pillar of justice, compassion, and active service. With a dedicated team of members and volunteers spread across every corner of India, we work tirelessly to protect individuals from injustice, discrimination, and crime.
Over the past two decades, we have successfully resolved 250+ cases related to human rights violations, legal conflicts, and criminal matters bringing relief, justice, and hope to countless individuals and families. Our work extends beyond just legal aid; we advocate for human dignity, empower communities with awareness, and promote peace and equality through regular outreach programs and campaigns.

Dr. A P Singh is a distinguished Senior Counsel at the Supreme Court of India, known for his commitment to justice, human rights, and protecting the vulnerable. With decades of legal experience and leadership roles, including National Secretary General of the lawyer community, he brings immense expertise to the Human Rights and Crime Protection Association as Chairman. His vision is to build a just, inclusive society by ensuring legal access, safeguarding rights, and empowering the marginalized.
